Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the jaya beat platform in any capacity — including browsing content, placing bets, playing casino games, or making deposits or withdrawals — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Following account closure — whether voluntary, by self-exclusion, or by jaya beat — the former account holder may not register a new account on the platform unless jaya beat has expressly confirmed in writing that a new account may be opened. Attempts to circumvent a closure or self-exclusion by registering a new account will result in the new account being closed and any deposits returned minus any winnings generated.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
